How long will it take to get the Report I need to send to the CQC?

If you need the Report the same day out customer service team will do everything to facilitate this wherever possible. However the usual time frame is a few working days.

I am not sure of the best business structure, what would you recommend?

There are many different structures available to you. We will discuss these with you taking into account your plans and our goal of minimising your risks and tax. We will then be able to make a recommendation.

What information will we need to send you?

One of first things you will need to send us is confirmation of who you are. If trading on your own or as a partnership we will need a copy of the partners’ passports and either a personal bank statement / utility bill. This will also apply to an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership).

If trading as an LTD (Limited Company) we will need the above information for a Director / major shareholder.
